Sales & Distribution Representative

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade opportunities.
  • Enforce Livet Gourmet Ltd credit policies where applicable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Contributes to team effort by pursuing stated objectives as needed.

Job requirements

  • Should have secondary education as a minimum.
  • Should be a Health advocate.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and daily use of a vehicle or Class 4 (heavy T) driver’s permit with 3 years driving experience.
  • Must have at least 3 yrs sales experience.

Job skills 

  • Delivery and merchandising of products
  • Customer Service Skills:  including Excellent selling, and negotiation skills
  • Communication Skills: To promote our products to the customer, and answer any questions they might have.
  • Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
  • Computer and Mobile phone literate.
