This is a remote position.
We are looking for a full-time, freelance Sales Representative to join our Client’s team.
The Sales Representative will provide an exceptional customer experience by being highly skilled at uncovering our customers’ needs leveraging skills such as driving an engaging conversation, building connections, effective listening, and asking questions.
You will guide our customers by recommending offers and promotions on our products and services that best meet their needs.
This is a 3 month freelance contract that can be done remotely at home with a computer capable of running all systems and corporate software efficiently and a fast and reliable internet connection.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Contact prospective clients by both phone and email
Update and develop prospect list
Vet prospect list for warm and cold leads
Showcase solutions that our company can offer to prospects
Use DB, CRM to track progress and make regular reports to management
Close prospective sales and hand it off to key stakeholders for billing and invoicing
Liaison and coordinate details of service, other needs and requirements
Troubleshoot customer concerns and complaints and escalate to key managers for solutions
Full understanding of the company’s products and offering. Ability to sell and advise potential customers with recommendations
Complete follow up calls to check-in on existing customers
Other miscellaneous tasks related to the above.
Requirements
At least 2-3 years experience in an outbound sales (voice) role.
Excellent English spoken and written, without an accept preferred.
Has own laptop or desktop computer and cell phone, with a fast and reliable Internet connection (with data backup) with specs capable of doing the work.
Has a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Owns a fast computer or laptop capable of running required applications and software
and has a fast and reliable Internet connection (at least 50-100MBPS) that can also run voice and Internet telephony.
WORK HOURS
Work from home. Full-time freelancer, contractual position
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM
