<li>Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.</li>

<p><strong>Job requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Should have secondary education as a minimum.</li>
<li>Should be a Health advocate.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and daily use of a vehicle or Class 4 (heavy T) driver’s permit with 3 years driving experience.</li>
<li>Must have at least 3 yrs sales experience.</li>
</ul>

<li>Customer Service Skills:  including Excellent selling, and negotiation skills</li>

<li>Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.</li>

<p>The Sales Representative will provide an exceptional customer experience by being highly skilled at uncovering our customers’ needs leveraging skills such as driving an engaging conversation, building connections, effective listening, and asking questions.</p>
<p>You will guide our customers by recommending offers and promotions on our products and services that best meet their needs.</p>
<p>This is a 3 month freelance contract that can be done remotely at home with a computer capable of running all systems and corporate software efficiently and a fast and reliable internet connection.</p>

<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p>
<p>Contact prospective clients by both phone and email</p>
<p>Update and develop prospect list</p>
<p>Vet prospect list for warm and cold leads</p>
<p>Showcase solutions that our company can offer to prospects</p>
<p>Use DB, CRM to track progress and make regular reports to management</p>
<p>Close prospective sales and hand it off to key stakeholders for billing and invoicing</p>
<p>Liaison and coordinate details of service, other needs and requirements</p>
<p>Troubleshoot customer concerns and complaints and escalate to key managers for solutions</p>
<p>Full understanding of the company&#8217;s products and offering. Ability to sell and advise potential customers with recommendations</p>
<p>Complete follow up calls to check-in on existing customers</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>At least 2-3 years experience in an outbound sales (voice) role.</p>
<p>Excellent English spoken and written, without an accept preferred.</p>
<p>Has own laptop or desktop computer and cell phone, with a fast and reliable Internet connection (with data backup) with specs capable of doing the work.</p>
<p>Has a quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.</p>
<p>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</p>
<p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p>
<p>Ability to work independently and remotely.</p>
<p>Owns a fast computer or laptop capable of running required applications and software</p>
<p>and has a fast and reliable Internet connection (at least 50-100MBPS) that can also run voice and Internet telephony.</p>
